In Philips and ICI I held several (international and corporate) roles as HR professional/manager. As organization specialist and coach, I contributed in various industries and organisations to the alignment of people, strategy and structure, with a growing emphasis on innovation and entrepreneurship. The common thread: a focus on authenticity, purpose and wellbeing. With Bridges for Choice I lay the foundations for career counselling in Flanders. Additionally, I am affiliated professor at Flanders Business school (KUL) for the courses “Entrepreneurial Leadership” and “Group dynamics” (entrepreneurial MBA)..
