Building software has never been easier thanks to cloud and open source. Building software products that customers love, and that are highly profitable, is hard, really hard. It’s the job of a product manager to deeply understand who your ideal customer is, what pressing needs they have, and what feature set is good enough to make a flourishing business. As a product manager, you constantly deal with requests from customers, your support organization, developers and “anybody that has a good idea” while everybody expects you to come up with a consistent product. It’s arguably the toughest, yet most rewarding job in a software business.
PR_D_CT DAY 2023 is created especially for you, dear product manager
It’s a day with challenging testimonials of how other product managers organize their day, where they share lessons learned, things that worked and that didn’t work. It’s also a day where you provide part of the experience: the afternoon is interactive, with breakouts around topics the audience will bring.

Smooth sailing helps product organisations who didn’t got the love they needed during the chaotic start of the company. During this session, Hannes shares his experiences and we go map some issues ourselves.
