This bootcamp will introduce you to the key organisational principles and digital technologies that will help you to reduce lead times in your organisation. The bootcamp is highly interactive. You will have the opportunity to experience the QRM principles through simulation exercises and you will also be able to experience the power of digital technologies yourself.
At the end of the day, you will have the opportunity to ask questions to Rajan Suri, the creator of quick response manufacturing.
