This workshop is aimed at manufacturing companies operating in markets with high variability, low volume and high customisation. It is aimed at planning, logistics and production professionals facing recurring planning challenges and looking to overcome the limitations of their current tools.

The workshop will be led by our experts Véronique Dossogne and Pascal Pollet in French or English, depending on the speaker.  

There will be no lunch or closing drink, but a fairly long break in the middle of the afternoon to allow you to meet your peers.
