The polymer pedestals for terraces developed and manufactured by Buzon are ergonomic and durable. They have been specially designed for every type of terrace and deck. The broad range of solutions guarantee stable and durable laying of concrete, natural stone, and ceramic or wooden tiles. Buzon has been approaching Sirris to perform tests for more than 20 years, to guarantee the quality of their product range.
From testing to certification
Sirris performs various tests on thermoplastics – pressure tests, tensile, flexural, rupture and UV tests, density analyses, etc., to ensure that Buzon can develop and improve their products further. Sirris’s knowledge on thermoplastics was a valuable contribution to the research, analysis and studies of the behaviour of its raw materials. The successful collaboration with Sirris since 1999 has resulted in in-depth knowledge at both parties on each other’s operations and expectations. The test reports enable Buzon to achieve optimum efficiency during project implementation.
This professional collaboration has enabled the company to define the technical datasheets and other product characteristics, in order to obtain international quality certifications (CE, ICC, BBA, ...).
