Work experience
I have extensive experience in various sectors and built a career in both HR consultancy and internal HR roles, always with a strong focus on talent management. For example, at automotive player Punch Powertrain, I was a long-time HR Business Partner for the R&D organisation. And just before joining Sirris, I worked as a talent manager at Guardsquare, in a highly specialised cybersecurity scale-up environment.

Fun fact
Born in Antwerp and moved to Hasselt for love 20 years ago. A mum to two teenagers: Aline and Charlotte. I love cooking and am also very fond of food and eating. To compensate, I try to exercise occasionally.
