The programme is delivered by Belgian QRM experts, including several hard-skill trainers and one soft-skill trainer. More information about the trainers can be found here.
Certification
At the end of the course, you can take part in the QRM Institute's certification exam if you wish. The knowledge of the participants is tested by means of a written theoretical exam. The implementation skills are tested by having the participants work out a case study.
The exam can be taken at home.
Successful completion of the exam leads to the 'QRM Institute Silver' degree, on condition that at least 75% of the training course was also attended. After this training, you can also participate in the 'QRM Institute Gold' follow-up training.
For whom?
The course is aimed specifically at managers and executives with an interest in QRM, internal improvement coordinators and external consultants.
