Launch Learning Network Circular Economy Connect
Any company in the technology sector, regardless of size or activity, can benefit from a circular approach. However, there are no ready-made answers for how you as a company can actually get started with the circular economy. Our experience shows that companies can learn from each other's good and bad experiences. That is why Agoria & Sirris already launched the learning network Circular Economy Connect in 2016. The learning network is an exclusive community of and for technology companies that realise circular projects in a business context. The common goal is to contribute to the development of a more circular economy and to expand and reinforce the circular community.
A selection of themes
Together with the members of the learning network, we select the themes based on concrete business cases and common challenges. Amongst the topics that have been covered in previous cycles you will find:
- Ecosystem approach & circular value chains
- Measuring circularity
- Financing circular business models
- Organizational changes that facilitate circular strategies
- Public procurement and circular economy
- Marketing of circular products and services
- Upcoming laws and regulations
Practicalities
In total, a cycle of for sessions will be organised twice over a period of one year (till June 2024). Companies getting started with circular economy are invited to participate in the ‘Inspired’ cycle and companies that are more advanced participate in the ‘Advanced’ cycle.
The sessions are held throughout the year at one of the companies in the network. The host companies are given the opportunity to obtain specific feedback or input for their current projects or challenges.
The kick-off session takes place on 12/10 and lasts a full day.
We also plan two shorter online sessions in which we give the floor to (international) experts and inspiring stakeholders.
