This bootcamp will introduce you to the key organisational principles and digital technologies that will help you to reduce lead times in your organisation. The bootcamp is highly interactive. You will have the opportunity to experience the QRM principles through simulation exercises and you will also be able to experience the power of digital technologies yourself.

Practical information

The working language of the bootcamp is French. The Digital workinstructions in practice will be in English.

The training is aimed at managers, supervisors and leaders of improvement projects.
