Peter ten Haaf

For more than 10 years Peter has been carrying out research in machining, supporting companies in innovation with these technologies. His expertise is primarily in high-speed milling, precision machining and micro machining. Examples from the many industrial projects in which he has been involved include high-speed milling of titanium, implementation of micro milling, modelling a five-axis milling machine, etc.

In his work Peter keeps abreast of production technology and related developments so he can support companies in developing a technology roadmap and portfolio and then convert that into specific R&D projects. He also actively contributes to the mapping out of technology developments through publications, policy documents and project submissions
