Who is better placed to explain what Sirris can do for you than our member companies themselves? Here are a few examples from various domains, to show what you can expect from us.

The Internet of Things (IoT) is, as elsewhere, having a revolutionary impact on the industrial sector. Wireless technology means that machines can be connected and so a new generation of autonomous machines is beckoning. However, this technology remains a bit of a mystery for many machinery and product manufacturers. In this light, Sirris, Flanders Make and imec decided to organise a masterclass on 'Wireless IoT solutions in industrial applications' to give them more information and step-by-step guidance in this regard.
Given the growing international popularity of special beers, Brouwerij St. Bernardus, or St. Bernard Brewery, realised its current way of working had reached the end of the line and so the brewery decided to optimise its production and other processes. In the packing department, the idea was to reduce the number of manual processes for both ergonomic and staffing reasons.
LPW Corporate, based in Aarschot, can now look back on 50 years' experience in designing and installing one-piece ceramic swimming pools. In a bid to further reduce its environmental impact, the LPW team got together with Sirris to take a close look at the company's business processes.
CogniStreamer is one of the leading players on the collaborative innovation software market. It provides a software platform and accompanying guidance which are all about taking a systematic approach to innovation. It draws inspiration and is supported by expertise from the ITEA ACCELERATE project launched and implemented with Sirris.
Within the framework of the European project DEWI, Sirris cooperated with Gibson Innovations and imec on a use case, which aimed to reduce maintenance costs and improve the customer’s ease of use of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN). A part of the project was battery-lifetime prediction.
